The Staff

Our exceptional, friendly staff is our greatest asset. They are excited about what they do, and they care personally about getting the best results for our patients.

We will try to accommodate your busy schedule by finding appointments that suit your needs. We will help you understand your insurance coverage and if financial arrangements are necessary, we will be glad to help you develop a plan to make your vision care treatment possible

Celest, Registered

Celest is an upbeat Registered Medical Assistant, originally from Georgia. She hopes to be able to help people live their best lives! When she’s not working; she enjoys a variety of hobbies such as: cooking southern recipes left to her by her grandmother, playing piano, watching Netflix, and going for music-filled drives in the mountains.

Heidi, Registered

Heidi is a Colorado native and graduate of Pima Medical Institute.  She likes all furry four legged animals,  spending time with family and reading. She can easily binge on Netflix shows, and declares herself as a homebody.

Francene, Receptionist

Francene Campbell is a Negril, Jamaican native. She works with Visionappoint and is our full-time receptionist specializing in customer service.  She has always brought abundant energy, enthusiasm, dedication, experience and personal knowledge to her work. You can be assured that she will stay on top of the details to provide a smooth, courteous and memorable telephone conversation.

Outside of the office, Francene enjoys spending time with her family; going out with friends, reading, and watching inspirational movies.

Her motivation comes through her philosophy " Life is like a coin, you get to spend it once so spend it wisely." This means that tomorrow is promised to no one, so whatever you do today; do it to the best of your ability.

My husband and I have 4 kids.  I immigrated to the United States in 2002 and became a US citizen in 2012. Before moving to Colorado Springs, we lived in Texas where I went to school to become a nursing assistant. I continued my education in Colorado at PIMA and graduated as a medical assistant.  I love to cook, garden and make crafts.  I also enjoy volunteering with children in school and church.  I'm glad to help and to serve our patients.
